The Portfolio will be graded based on the following criteria.    Check to be sure that all requirements are fulfilled:

 

                                                                        A=  21-24 points

                                                          B=  17-20 points

                                                          C= 13-16 points

                                                          D=   7-12 points

I. Main Page

IV. FINANCE PAGE

Financial page link.

Developed financial concept. (revenue, savings, planned savings)

Supports claims made in presentation.

Cell formatting shading enhances the page.

Proper use of formulas.

Chart / graph clearly define success.

 

Good presentation effect.   Chart supports argument.  Small errors in formula or minimal spelling errors.

Good visual display.

All elements are displayed, but Chart does not support any claim.  

Errors in Formula.   Poor choice of graph type to prove claim.  Poorly labeled graph.  Shading/ Color not effective.

Chart or Graph missing.  Multiple errors in chart.  Doesn’t support any claim.

Shading/ Color distracts from readability.

V. PERSONAL PAGE

Excellent use of Pictures, Sound and animation to enhance presentation.

Adds Value to the Oral Presentation and appeal of the presenter.

 

Pictures, Sound are used, but to lesser effect. 

Doesn’t hurt presentation, but doesn’t help either.

 

Attempt is made to implement media solution, but doesn’t help “sell” the candidate.

Little effort made.  Harms presenter’s professional objective.

VI. ORAL  PRESENTATION

Confident, Professional Presentation.

Uses Portfolio to enhance speaking.

Makes use of specific examples.

Answers Questions effectively.

Summarizes well.

Steady presentation.  References portfolio well, but stumbles once or twice.

Answers a few questions, but is silenced once or twice.

Candidate attempts to work through nervous presentation by referencing a few points.    Has difficulty with a few questions.

Very weak, inaudible presentation.

Candidate doesn’t use Portfolio as reference.   Stumbles on many questions.
